How to stream your desktop to OMPR Quest? You need to run the OMPRQuest Desktop server on your target PC to connect to your Quest device. Once the app is running, select the Desktop Sharing icon from your Quest headset and enter the correct IP address and port number of your server. You can obtain these details directly from the Desktop Server application itself. Refer to the following screenshot for guidance.
Press "Connect" on your headset Desktop Stream UI and once the status light turns green, you are connected.

Why can't I hear the audio from the Desktop stream through my HMD? The feature is currently disabled while we work on resolving an out-of-sync issue. We will activate it once the issue is fixed. In the meantime, you may use a wireless headset connected to your PC.
Why can't I use a virtual keyboard to control my PC keyboard? This functionality will be available in the next release of the Desktop Server app.
What are the currently available controls?
Pointing: Use your right controller to point at any part of the projector screen to hover over different areas. (mouse movement)
Left click: Use the right trigger on the Quest controller.
Right click: Use the left trigger on the Quest controller
Right thumbstick: Scroll the screen view.
The color of my pointer is blending with the background too much and making it invisible. Can I change its color? Yes, you can. Head over to the "Player settings", scroll down to the "Line pointer color" color picker, and choose your desired color.
